- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable because we give you much more than what you pay for. When you partner with us, not only you get the job done but you learn how to become more efficient in handling your financials. We also offer special discounts through our referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes an initial assessment of the client's situation either in person or remotely where we start establishing a relationship and understand the client's specific needs. We then propose a plan that best suits the profile and agree on the terms of service. Documentation is then collected to start the project. Ongoing communication and support is available throughout the engagement. Once deliverables are complete, a walkthrough of the job is performed with the client to help understand what was done and the final numbers. We also provide useful tips and recommendations for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional accountant with over 10 years of experience working in the private as well as the public sector of various industries including healthcare, energy, cruise lines, and retail. I am a Certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor. I hold an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from one of the most respected Universities in Florida. I plan on becoming a CPA in the near future.
