single session is $100 10 sessions are $900 ($90/session) 20 sessions are $1600 ($80/session) First session $25 to try out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important is to figure out the client's goal. Than I try to get a sense of a clients day to day routine so I can Taylor the best possible plan of action to achieve the goal in the shortest time possible. Changes in diet are almost always necessary and I build a custom meal plan. Then I map out either 2 or 3 months plan to achieve the goal in hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NSCA certified trainer. I'm also USAW level 1 coach. I compete in bodybuilding (NPC) before I competed in powerlifting with RPS and did strongman events with NAS.
