Fabiana is a wonderful tutor. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Her lessons are relaxed but I learn a lot quickly. Recomiendo a Fabiana cualquiera para aprender Espangol!

I am a Spanish beginner, Fabiana is very nice and are able to accommodate my schedule (as I work in a hospitality industry with a very complicated schedule). Fabiana is very patient and focus on what I want to learn the most! She used different material and books to make the learning very easy and fun!! Thank you Fabiana!

Fabiana came to my home to give my children a one hour Spanish lesson. She was very punctual, professional and conscientious. She had plenty of material to work with and has lots of experience. I found her approach to teaching quite formal and I think this will appeal to many people.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For graphic design projects I usually quote per project and not per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Graphic Design Services: Ask the customer what are 3 adjectives they want to reflect with their brand. Talk to them as much as I can, and time allows about what is that they want to achieve with the specific task. Deliver different proposals in case of logos. Polish the proposal, then send the complete artwork in several mediums (pdf jpeg tiff ai etc) Tutoring: asses their level and design a curriculum based on their needs. Getting to know the student and get him/her be involved in choosing the activities related to their subject and background or interests.
