Working with Kennell was a BREEZE!! I wish I was able to select more “highlights” but it only let me select 3 so I want to mention that he was also right on time and professional! He responded within minutes to my thumbtack request for a quote. He answered all of my extra questions (repair required by insurance after property inspection so he had to be licensed, provide an invoice, etc) very expeditiously and came to complete the job within days of our conversation. His quote was fair and under the other quotes I received. I have already hired Kennell to come back this Saturday to repair something else for me! TLDR: HIRE KM STUCCO ASSET CORP!!!!!

First of all, I would like to thank K&M for their quick response, professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, and strong work ethic. After part of my soffit fell, I called various stucco companies, and I received ridiculously high quotes over the phone. No one seemed to have time to actually come to my house to visually inspect the damage, until I contacted K&M. Mr. Miranda promptly responded to me, physically inspected my damaged soffit the same day, and he provided me with a very reasonable quote. On the day the repairs were completed, the workers arrived on time as promised, and they worked continuously until they finished the job. They were very courteous and respectful, and the speed and quality of the work was excellent. After the workers completed the job, they cleaned up the work area. I will not hesitate to contact K&M for any future needs that may arise. Thank you and your crew, Mr. Miranda, for taking the time to go the extra mile!

These guys were great. They came out Friday for a quote and was able to start work on Sunday. I need cracks repaired to the outside of my house. After they were finished they repaired cracks I didn’t even see. They also sealed up the bottom of my house that was exposed. They worked really fast too.
