- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates and pricing depends on the type of job requested. Some prices can be flat hour rate and others will depend on the information we need to deal with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a phone conversation to review the customer needs. If customer agrees, the customer needs to send us all the information in order to give them the best price. In order to perform the work, we ask for 50% of the price to be send in advance and at that moment we set up the due date for the project.
