- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely flexible. We always take on projects not because of the cost but because we love what we do as a marketing company. We are always willing to work with our customers on their projects to give them as much value as possible. We have developed a A la Cart system to help you maximize your marketing needs. We are very understanding of our customers and the fact that it's not one size fits all. Everyone has different needs when it comes to marketing. So don't be afraid at all, you will have 15 years worth of experience behind you to go from idea to reality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to do a completely free video/phone initial consultation to really get a grasp of your project. Once we fully understand what you want/need, then we go into suggestion mode. We want to make sure you have the best possible outcome for your project in order to help you succeed. Only after you are fully comfortable and have no concerns, then we would move forward with an initial proposal with a detailed breakdown. See you on the side of success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are two army veterans who decided to come together to start a marketing business. We started our company in 2005 with 3 employees, today we have 24 staff members and have two locations, Hawaii and Florida but we still service the US and abroad. We love Marketing and with 15 years of experience, you will have our winning team on your side!
