I’m happy to recommend Charlene of CMS Accounting for all your bookkeeping needs. My lender requested documents to process my loan with very little turn around time. I contacted CMS and she walked me through the documents that I already have and what could be used as a substitute. She was more knowledgeable than the organization preparing my loan which was extremely helpful in growing my business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on each individual needs. I don't have a set price in my services as not all small businesses need the same services from me. We have a conversation on the scope of work and what I will provide and go from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first listen to the customer's needs and see if we are a good fit. If I am not, I will try to refer them to someone that will be able to provide them what is needed. From there we pin point the trouble issues and make a plan to fix them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Finance and a Master in Accounting. I have work in both industries for over 15 plus years.
