  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is based on each individual needs. I don't have a set price in my services as not all small businesses need the same services from me. We have a conversation on the scope of work and what I will provide and go from there.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I first listen to the customer's needs and see if we are a good fit. If I am not, I will try to refer them to someone that will be able to provide them what is needed. From there we pin point the trouble issues and make a plan to fix them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelors in Finance and a Master in Accounting. I have work in both industries for over 15 plus years.
