FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $50.00 service fee for new customers to show my appreciation for them. Any parts needed are seperate. If more extensive work is needed (ex: coil wash, motor replacement, compressor replacement, etc.), you will be given a quote. If the work is completed within 30 days, the $50.00 service fee will work towards the balance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about the problem they are experiencing or the service they would like completed. Next, the problem is diagnosed and fixed if it is a minor repair. If more extensive work is needed, we will discuss options and a quote will be issued. If the work is approved, in most cases it can be completed on the same day. If parts need to be ordered, I will let the customer know the expected delivery date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father and mentor has been in the trade for 30+ years. I also went to technical college to get a deeper understanding of the trade. The knowledge passed down to me through my father and instructors has helped me develop a well-rounded work ethic.
