KS services and repair solved our problem with quality. They called to understand our situation, suggested two approaches to solve it and let us choose the solution that meet our budget. They came as promised and fixed the problem with quality. There was a miscommunication issue about the pricing but we reached an agreement easily. Definitely recommend the company to others.

Samuel replaced some shut off valves that had been here since the house was built. They were hard to remove. He also repaired a toilet and replaced a kitchen faucet that was very difficult to get out. He is professional, polite, and helpful. He knows his job and it was a pleasure having him here. I will call him again if I need a plumber. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Samuel
