Introduction: I am from New Jersey, and I find it very hard to find quality food here when I go out to eat. I love to cook and am told by family friends and coworkers that I am good at it. I also went to school for bartending and have worked in the industry for over 20 years -- waitressing, bartending and setting up parties. I have also worked for a country club as a cocktail hostess.
