I hired Joe to help with some maintenance jobs we needed done around our home. From hanging light fixture's to fans he did it all! We also, had an issue with our washing machine not spinning correctly. He told me the part to order and it works perfectly now with his knowledge. We had hired another guy and he told us it couldn't be fix. Joe is your guy! Trust me!!

Joe was very responsive, very polite and on time. He help me moved a love seat outside to be picked up. He also mentioned to me the others job he can do like plumbing and A/C work. I will be calling him for other jobs and will refer him to family and friends.

My fees are competitive, but I am also willing to work with the clients' individual circumstances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build rapport with the client, getting to know exactly what they need and expect so that there are no misunderstandings. I aim to please all the clients. I treat everyone like family!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am HVAC certified and have worked in senior living facilities as maintenance, doing mostly everything in-house.
