FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out to me, I try to answer within a matter of minutes. From there, we schedule a time for me to come check out the pool and I give them a quote for weekly service. Often times, unless I am slammed for the day, I am even able to start with the initial clean right then and there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with a specialization in Marketing in 2022. Since then, I’ve worked under a large pool company and taken weekly classes on the trade, refining my skills in the process. I also received my nationally recognized Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) credential after taking an extensive course and passing an exam administered by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance. With my devotion to good business and quality work, I can promise satisfaction for my customers!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally, I started by working for a large pool company. While I was there, I learned the trade and mastered my craft. While I appreciated the company, I felt that I was limited in what I could provide customers there. Since then, I’ve started my own company. As a licensed and insured local business, I have been able to provide much more personalized support to my customers and make it a more enjoyable and favorable experience for everyone!
