Introduction: I specialize in New Orleans themed food; however, I have been an executive chef for the Miss Queen, and I can prepare high-end menus with flair. I do not have a catering company; however, I can consult you with your event and keep the cost down. I also can perform entertaining cooking demonstrations for your occasion. I have cooked with some famous chefs like Paul Prudhome, Emeril Lagase, The Brenans, Chef Antoine, and my favorite, the late Justin Wilson who best defines me. I have prepared meals for 2 presidents, 2 governors, 2 senators, and mayors. I also have served many dignitaries like George Foreman, Pierce Bronson, Tom Cruise, Larry Czonka, Prince, and many others in my 40-year cooking career. I have traveled the entire Mississippi River and Ohio River areas while I was chef for the Delta Queen Steamboat Co. I also was Chef in Alaska for 13 years, and I am currently working as chef and K.M. in Skagway, AK, where I work summers.
