Mrs Allen did my taxes in Sept 2022 an stated my taxes rejected because my son didnt put he could be filled as a dependent. Which wasnt true, I have paperwork to prove it an showed it to her. She said well thats what the IRS was stating. She then began to say she has to mail it in (we still in September now) I said ok. She sent me a picture of an priority envelope September 18,2022 long story short, she didnt send that envelope out until March 23,2023. April 14,2023 I received that same priority envelope in the mail from the IRS stating they needed my signature on my 1040 form an thats when I seen the date she actually mailed out my return on the envelope which stated the date of 3/23/2023. Very unprofessional!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all responses both good and bad. Unfortunately like you mentioned it was an issue with your filing and we was unable to e-file due to your son and I provided you the documentation. I sent off your return in 2022 and it was taking so long to process. I just happened to resend it, after you asked me not too just to see if you would get a response from the IRS. So our office definitely sent the 2nd return as a courtesy in 2023. Although we pride ourselves on professionalism and being being approachable to our clients, we are still human and can not meet everybody's expectation. We wish you much success in your future endeavors!!
