I wasn't going to go with TopNotch Precision initially because I wanted to find a contractor without a "service charge." However, I decided to call and I was quoted an estimate to replace an outlet, add a new breaker and outlets to the finished garage and replace hard wired LED lights with new fixtures. I had a set amount I was willing to spend for someone else to do the work (I can do these things but a bad back/neck make me 20 times slower) and they were under that amount by 25%. The crew arrived promptly and I was told it would take three hours. It took just under three hours and the cost was actually lower than what I was quoted. I ended up spending almost 40% less than I expected. I am very satisfied and will use these guys again whenever the need arises, which will be soon because I got a good quote while they were here to install a sink in the garage. A company rarely leaves a good first impression on me but these guys were great.
