- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do many different basic and complicated things with Quickbooks and Excel to give you what you need to make your life easier and your customers more happy. This of course is exactly what I do for any of my other services as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is willing to give you what you ask for and not say something like "well, Quickbooks doesn't do that". Talk to the bookkeeper to see if your personalities fit. If you don't like or can't trust that person, they are not a good fit. Check for volunteer work. While not required by most, volunteer work will usually say that the person loves what they do and will be there for you when you need them most.
