I had an intense personal training cycle with Halston Carnes up at Training Evolved, and it was worth every bit of time and energy! Halston is a true professional, and motivated me to push past limits and learn as I grew. His was extremely knowledgeable and informative in all areas of sports nutrition, dieting, preventative injury, and most of all the science to lifting and working hard. I saw major improvement from his sessions, and would recommend him to everyone I know. The Owner's Ruth and Jeff were also very proactive in guiding me along my journey, and they too motivated me to progress and become a better me! Thank you Training Evolved!!

I have been working out at Peak for a little over a year now, and I love it more and more each day. The trainers are incredible and really know how to transform your mind and body. They take your needs and goals into consideration and create custom workouts to help you reach those goals. The gym is clean and nice, and everyone there is friendly and motivations. David held a personal trainer class for myself and a small group of my friends once a week. He inspired me to get my health and fitness back on track so that I felt better about myself from the inside out. Our workouts were tough, he pushed us to our limits while allowing us necessary modifications, water breaks, and laughter when needed. He was nothing but positive and encouraging!!!!

Caleb has trained me in boxing for the last few months and the results have been very good. I am now in great shape and legitmately have learned the basics and some of boxing. Caleb is an actual fighter who has 10 bouts so far. I would definitely recommend training with him. He is a really good trainer and very personable.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed the experience of training with coach/sifu Jay Mateo. Very Knowledgable from a historical and Arts perspective. I went in a guest and came out a student. If you have the opportunity to train here then definitely take advantage. You wont regret it especially if you are looking into FMA in the Jacksonville area.
