Did a wonderful job my condenser in my outside. Ac unit was blown gave them A call was there the same morning came out and found the problem had everything fix the next day was prompt and honest I definitely recommend them great service

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing yet, because not every problem is the same difference problem come with a different price. However, we do offer free estimates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and listening to customers concern and request. I prefer to do a personal system trouble shoot of problem. Then I would compare prices for customers and give them a breakdown of cost. 50% deposit prior to any work being started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years at Florida State College of Jacksonville (Jacksonville, FL).
10 years hands on trade experience in all areas of HVAC (service, install, & maintenance).
