Ronal is my neighbor and has been providing maintenance to our units since he first started a few years ago. He hasnt done any work for us recently, then again, he does our maintenance, so it kinda makes sense. He asked us for a review and this is the least we can do. He's saved us so much in repair costs and always is honest and upfront, no surprise charge with this guy.

Ron did an amazing job solving an issue with my AC which wasn’t really working. He came on a late night call, no complaints and helped us trying to diagnose what the issue was with the unit. The next day Ron and his partner came back and found what the issue was with our unit, and got it up and running. The service was amazing, the professionalism was 10/10, and a bonus is that he spoke Spanish, so he was able to communicate the issues that the unit was having to my parents. Overall, anytime we have an issue with our unit we will be calling Ron. He gave us options and clear explanations of the issues, and truly worked with us to find the best solutions.

There is no typical process. Just human interaction. I will always treat my customers fair and with respect and I expect nothing less than the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Florida Career College. Debating on seeking further higher education. I most likely will. Currently I'm taking online courses for Lennox Pros and I retained my textbooks from school that I can always reference when I'm stuck.
