Ronal is my neighbor and has been providing maintenance to our units since he first started a few years ago. He hasnt done any work for us recently, then again, he does our maintenance, so it kinda makes sense. He asked us for a review and this is the least we can do. He's saved us so much in repair costs and always is honest and upfront, no surprise charge with this guy.
