Thank you for choosing me as your Comfort Specialist. I am one year in the field with proficiencies in system maintenance, thermostat installation, and light service work. My goal is to further my education, deliver great service, and to leave imparting wisdom on my customers on how they can better care for their systems in between visits. Thank you for your time and I look forward to restoring your comfort. Disclosed is a basic overview of what my services entail.... 1) Preventative Maintenance. A. I check all of the electrical as it pertains to the unit. B. I will check your refrigerant pressures and make further assessments from there. C. I will check your condensate line, wash your condenser coil and spray your evaporator coil with a safe cleaning solution. Filters will be checked as well. I have no problem with you shadowing me as I perform these duties. An informed customer makes for a more efficient system beyond maintenance. 2) Thermostat Installation. A. Make sure that your thermostat is getting it's corresponding calls. B. Replace thermostat if found bad. Run new wire if thermostat is deemed working but unresponsive due to voltage loss. 3) Service Calls. A. As it pertains to service calls. You talk, I listen and then go attack the problem head on if all is in order to do so. The goal is to get you back comfortable.
