There is no typical process. Just human interaction. I will always treat my customers fair and with respect and I expect nothing less than the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Florida Career College. Debating on seeking further higher education. I most likely will. Currently I'm taking online courses for Lennox Pros and I retained my textbooks from school that I can always reference when I'm stuck.
