Randy's outstanding, rare mix of professionalism, kindness, and generosity were unparalleled compared to other experiences we've had with other companies. He is an exceptional leader who takes his time and energy to train his workers in mastery of the trade, which in turn is practiced by the workers in training their new workers. It was truly a beautiful thing to witness! Randy also offered wise foresight in our concrete slab carpet project advising to put in support for a future roof structure. We would not have thought to do this, so we're very thankful. The workers were all very upbeat, friendly, and hard-working, pressing on even in the heat of summer. The job was very well done and the concrete cured perfectly with no cracking at all. They did a very good job with clean up as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need off concrete services! I hope we can have three privilege if working with them again in the near future.

Concrete Driveway Installation

Burlington Concrete Construction Inc. did a FANTASTIC job on my driveway. Previously, my 1940's house did not have a driveway, so I desperately needed one. When I contacted Networx-Concrete Contractors, Randy was the only contractor who took the time to contact me immediately. Upon arriving at my home to do an estimate, he was professional, helpful, and efficient. When I vacillated on what I wanted, he was patience and gave me multiple quotes for a variety of options. More than anything, he gave me a very fair deal. I base that on the fact that I had researched the cost of a concrete driveway. When he provided me his offers, I was very pleased with his prices, and I knew I could not find a better offer or person to do the job. He and his crew completed the work in less than 3 days, and I am so happy with the work he did. I particularly enjoyed the concrete stamping, which created a gridded appearance instead of just plain concrete. It fit with the architecture and character of my home, and that is what his company did. For the first time, it felt like a home that I could actually invite people over to, and they would not have to trample through my muddy front yard. The job is beautiful, and I cannot recommend him or his company enough to, literally, anyone who asks about my awesome driveway.

Randy McDaniel is easy to work with and personable. I had a driveway replaced because of a hole underneath. He used rebar, and a bulkhead to address the erosion issue. This, I'm certain, was better than just filling in the hole and pouring cement over it. I enjoyed Randy and his employees. They all wanted to do their best for me, and I appreciated that.

I cant overstate how great the work quality is. The back patio came out so clean. It easily beat my expectations. After 5 estimates, Burlington had the best price by far. Highly recommend you give Randy a call.

I was looking to increase the size of my patio, I talked with Randy at the home show, he called after the show I decided to have Randy do the concrete and have a stamped finish design applied. The job came out better than I expected. I also had Burlington Concrete replace area's in my driveway. I am very happy with the work, I would use them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically clients will have an idea of what they would like. However, through additional questions about how the project will be used we often find we can offer suggestions which the clients find beneficial and in many cases LESS costly for the project they had in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in the construction trades with certificates in CADD certified and two years in college in the field of construction technology, as well as obtaining a Building Contractor and/or General Contractor License in (2) states.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Owners should ask themselves, why they are adding the project, what are they trying to achieve by adding the project, will the size and scope over accommodate or under accommodate the objectives thereby causing excessive cost now or in the future? Are there alternatives which may be less costly to achieve the desired objective?
