- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount for military personnel, first responders and educators! Be sure to mention to us when booking services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates and phone consultations. Once our customers approve our estimate, we reach out with our first availability. We are typically booked out 1.5-2 weeks, but sometimes we can squeeze jobs in a little bit sooner if needed. We really love to accommodate and help our customers out! Restoration jobs which consist of cleaning, sanding and sealing are done over two days. Installation and repairs are dependent on size and intensity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has many years of experience. Before owning PaverPro, our lead manager, Jeremy, has worked for other companies in the area who offer similar services. His attention to detail, perseverance and knowledge allowed PaverPro to flourish for almost seven years and counting! We ensure every staff member (even the administration) is capable of doing the job right and able to answer all questions!
