- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free initial consultation by which we speak with our client so that we can fact gather and interpret whether or not it is a good option to pursue litigation, whether alternative methods of dispute resolution would suffice, and what the cost of those options are. Transactionally, we begin with a free consultation by which we hear our client's concern and/or request. Once we understand the requirements of the client and the tasks at hand, we address costs and any alternative options that could possibly save the client money.
