•Pet daycare and boarding (dog walking included)
•Professional puppy, behavioral, and dog obedience training by a certified dog trainer
•Professional animal massages for horses (and dogs by special request) by a certified animal masseuse
•Basic grooming and tips about your pet with relaxation, education, exercise, and comfort are available upon request

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices for training are hourly based. For boarding, they are based on 24 hour periods.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first provide a complimentary phone call advisory service to find out more about the customer's needs and issues. I then work on creating a custom plan which I will then provide the customer for approval. If accepted, we will set up a one-hour training session each week in the owner's home. There will be follow up towards the end of the agenda items, and a request asking for a survey/reference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MBA, I have an ABCDT (Certified Dog Trainer from Animal Behavior College), I have both a small and large animal massage certification from Northwest School of Animal Massage. I am Pet CPR Certified through Animal Behavior College to provide you with an added level of assurance. I am a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and the Pet Professional Guild, and an active volunteer with the Jacksonville Humane Society.
