- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The $65 diagnostic fee covers evaluating many electrical service needs. The technician will evaluate the situation, clearly present the solution, and share the project cost upfront. We'll apply the original dispatch fee as an invoice credit if you want to do the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll answer any questions, then collect your contact information to schedule your appointment with the technician. They will evaluate your need in-person and advise you on choices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed and insured business, with trained technicians. Our state of Florida trade licenses are: HVAC #CAC1813307, Electrical #EC13008347, Plumbing #CFC1427375.
