- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum of 2 hours charge at $200. Any project we try to price according.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer them to show me exactly what they want done and explain it to me. So when I quote them, it is exactly for what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied with several master craftsman. All with different areas of expertise.
