- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary greatly depending on the scope of work and type of job. We make an effort to inform potential clients of the various possibilities that can or may be discovered during a remodel, such as unforeseen damage caused by water or mold or wood rot or outdated electrical/plumbing, etc. Earning and maintaining a client's trust is incredibly important to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates can sometimes begin over a phone conversation and exchange of pictures with simpler projects. In-person estimates are also available for scheduling. After an estimate is scheduled, generally a quote is created and sent to you, the client, while we await further communication and decision-making.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 20 years of remodeling experience, everything from flooring to cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom remodels to A.D.U. and custom home construction, etc. We also received the Angie's List Super Service Award 10 years in a row.
