We were very excited to have our 90's kitchen remodeled. We knew we chose the right Company to meet our needs. Jon understood our vision as well as our budget. Wes kept us informed of all steps and a few unexpected ones we encountered along the way. We had some difficulty choosing the flooring, so Michael showed us several options, which was a tremendous help. The flooring is perfect! The workmanship was exceptional and each contractor made sure we were happy with the final product from drywall and painting (Robert & Oscar), cabinets (Scott), electrical (Brian), flooring (William) and the crew that installed our beautiful Cambria quartz countertops! Our family, friends and neighbors have all been impressed with how well our remodel came together! We have our dream kitchen. We were so pleased with our decision to go with Designer Lifestyles. Lisa was super and efficient. She was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job designing our new kitchen layout which doubled our kitchen size. Michael and the rest of the teams were professional, easy to reach out to, returned calls immediately, courteous, etc. We could not ask for a more professional experience. Lisa and her team gave me a new kitchen in July 2022. I recently had an issue with one of the cabinet draws. I messaged Lisa and sent her pictures. I received a text from Michael and he came out the next day and fixed the problem. He was prompt and professional. I am very pleased with Lisa and her team and highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary greatly depending on the scope of work and type of job. We make an effort to inform potential clients of the various possibilities that can or may be discovered during a remodel, such as unforeseen damage caused by water or mold or wood rot or outdated electrical/plumbing, etc. Earning and maintaining a client's trust is incredibly important to us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates can sometimes begin over a phone conversation and exchange of pictures with simpler projects. In-person estimates are also available for scheduling. After an estimate is scheduled, generally a quote is created and sent to you, the client, while we await further communication and decision-making.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 20 years of remodeling experience, everything from flooring to cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom remodels to A.D.U. and custom home construction, etc. We also received the Angie's List Super Service Award 10 years in a row.
