The first job Amer did for us was to install crown molding through out the house we were so impressed with his work that my wife asked him do renovate our guest bathroom. It looks FANTASTIC! Thank you Amer. Amer is professional ,polite and listened to what my wife wanted. I am sure that when we renovate our master bedroom bathroom we will have Amer do the work

Flooring
After I put my laminate flooring requirement on Thumbtack and intense review/research, I contact Amer. His rate was the best among others, quick in response. After I meet him during floor measurement/estimation and over all work, I found him honest, on time and very professional. He completed my job on time with follow-up call to make sure I am satisfied with his work and YES I am very satisfied with his work. Best qualities I like in him is, honesty and he listen to customer very carefully, understands customer’s requirement and then suggest solution. I will definitely hire him again for any of my next project without second thought.

Amer replaced the sunroom on my front porch, and siding that was damaged by a car hitting my house. He did a great job. My house looks better now than before the accident.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is no standard pricing since every job presents different challenge. If we install floorings, installation of tile, laminate, wood floors or stone installation will be priced differently. Most of the time I will be able to tell you approximately what would cost you to install tile or wood floors but to get more accurate price I'd like to see job myself before giving final price. Even giving you a price for painting it is always better to see the job before giving you a final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Normally customers gets in touch with me and we set up appointment to meet up in person and discus about all details. We go thru all details and I always try to make the customer satisfied with my price, schedule and other important details. If we agree on all terms we sign the contractor agreement and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed construction school in Augsburg/Germany and went for two more years to get master degree in construction trade. Moving to United States I started my own business and have been self employed ever since.
