- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is flat-rate and provided upfront before any work begins—no hourly charges and no surprises. Pricing is based on the specific item(s) being assembled, so you know the exact cost ahead of time. We offer multi-item discounts for larger jobs, and optional packaging disposal is available for a small additional fee. There is a minimum service charge for smaller jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers start by sending a product link or photos of what needs to be assembled. From there, I provide an exact flat-rate quote and confirm availability. Once approved, we schedule a time that works for you. On the day of the job, I arrive on time, complete the assembly properly according to manufacturer standards, and clean up the workspace before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world assembly work across a wide range of furniture types and brands, including complex IKEA systems and large multi-piece builds. I focus on following manufacturer instructions precisely to ensure everything is assembled safely, securely, and as intended.
