- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique. We want to ensure that the correct materials and application is specific for the job. Detail is given to make sure that the proposal reflects the specifics of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always interested in answering any and all questions to make sure that the project is completely understood. After an initial discussion we like to provide our expertise on how we will good about the project from start to finish. An accurate proposal is submitted for review and upon acceptance we schedule working within the clients needs. As changes are needed we update keeping the customer fully informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WIth a combined total of 100+ years of experience in the construction industry, we are constantly keeping up with products and manufacturer seminars. Were always looking to keep new techniques update with Code and modern practices.
