Josh and the Footprints Floors of NE Florida provided top notch service when it came to our flooring needs. They set up an estimate within my timeframe and were able to discuss a number of flooring solutions. What impressed me the most was that they listened to you and how you live and did not just provide a one size fits all solution.

Josh, the owner, is just starting out in the flooring business and has so much to learn. I’m disappointed that it was on my dime. His subs are sloppy, untimely, do not pay attention to detail, and work slowly. I have a new company refinishing my hardwood floors and they put Footprints Floors to shame. Be careful with Footprints. The 50 percent deposit is non-refundable. After Josh finished my tile floors I told him I was not comfortable moving forward with him on the wood floors, and he would not refund the deposit I made on them. He stated that he had already bought materials for the job. I’m sure any materials he actually bought could be used on his next project or returned, but okay Josh. It just shows you what kind of company they are. He says he cares deeply about customer satisfaction. The best way to satisfy your customers is to do quality work on time. They did neither. They also broke my hot water heater along the way and left my washer and dryer outside overnight. I deeply deeply recommend finding another company. Just Floored, LLC is the real deal. Josh is not.

Regarding the deposit, we would like to clarify that there was only a small amount left over after the first scope of the project was completed. We would be happy to provide you with a detailed breakdown of the expenses and payments made toward the project. We would like to address your concern regarding the pictures. We want to clarify that we collaborated with you to create a plan to address any imperfections, as shown in the pictures, during the final scope of the work. Regrettably, we were unable to complete this work as you cancelled the contract. We had an extensive conversation about the completed tile work, during which we expressed our hesitancy to move forward with the final scope (being the wood floor project), as we felt we were not going to be able to meet your expectations. Despite our hesitancy, you expressed your desire for us to continue, to which we reluctantly agreed. We value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters with you further. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to address any remaining concerns you may have.

We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
