Vladimir has great knowledge and experience. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. We replaced 20 year carpet with luxury vinyl. Our project involved carpet removal, baseboard removal and reinstall and new flooring install. I interviewed other (probably just as qualified) individuals, but I chose Vladimir for these reasons 1) He arrived on time. 2) He took off his shoes before entering my house when he came out to give the estimate. (Not a big thing, but it showed respect for me and my property) 3) In his written estimate, he itemized the project according to square feet/ linear feet- not just a lump quote. I like knowing what I am paying for. 4) He used a laser measure for accuracy and took into consideration our angles. This allowed for us to purchase the correct and accurate amount of flooring. 5) He is young, fit and energetic. 6) I liked the music he played while he was working. The floor turned out beautiful! We are very pleased and highly recommend Vladimir/ Green Oaks to anyone needing to install flooring. (He installed Coretec Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Blackstone Oak).

There are not enough good words to say what a great job Vlad did.
