- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Backsplash are around $450 for basic install, most showers are 1,500 and up. But every job is different. So a detailed estimate and coming to the job to take a look is best way to get the full scope of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would pick there brain a little bit . See if they have an idea of what there looking to do. Then just go from there. Try to give them my opinion on certain products or whatever the case may be
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always been hands on since I was young . Just learned the trade from my uncle , and a lot of high end tile guys. I started out working in high end homes. If your work wasn't perfect , you wouldn't touch a piece of tile. I know what the finished product will look like before I even start. I've always been a visual person . You have to be in this business.
