Best Idea Construction responded immediately to my request for an estimate to install Pergo flooring, and came out the same day to view the job. They were knowledgeable and the estimate was reasonable. They worked around my schedule to do the job the following week. They called the night before to confirm, showed up on time and got to work! The results are beautiful - very happy with this company and would use them again. Highly recommend!

Alisson came by after completing a big vinyl floor install elsewhere of over 3000 square feet and offered us a quote for doing the detail work we needed to fix the step down from the laminate to our concrete sunroom where our previous installer did not match up the laminate to the edge of the step. He suggested ways it could be done. We decided, based on his recommendation, to complete the work ourselves. We would definitely use Alisson in the future. He was friendly, punctual, honest and we were convinced he would do a very professional job.

After calling around and leaving messages for other people over several weeks with no success I put my small wood floor repair job out on Thumbtack and Best Idea responded right away. In fact the owner came himself same day! Extremely happy he fixed my problem floor in a short amount of time. He also pointed out imperfections that were the result of my old floor guy who I thought was competent when he did the work but in hindsight not really. I also learned Best Idea does all kinds of wood floor refinishing and restoration, both big and small, residential and commercial. I highly recommend using them!!

Mr. Santos and his crew did an AMAZING job with my kitchen backsplash. He responded very quickly to my inquiry and came to provide an estimate the next day. His pricing was fair and scheduling was easy. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous. I highly recommend and will contact him for my next project.
