- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat-rate and depends on the type of session (headshots, portraits, or branding) so I'll always give you a clear quote upfront before we book anything. No hidden fees or surprise upsells. I do run seasonal promotions throughout the year, so it's worth asking what's currently available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation (usually through my booking system) about what you need the photos for LinkedIn, your website, a rebrand, whatever it is, so I can plan the session around that goal. I'll send you prep tips beforehand so you know what to wear and what to expect. On session day, I keep things relaxed and low-pressure, especially for people who don't love being photographed. After the shoot, you'll get a gallery of edited images within 10 business days; however, headshots are delivered next-business day after your shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained with photographers around the world, which has shaped how I approach lighting, posing, and working with clients. Before opening my studio, I spent about 7 years specializing in wedding photography, which taught me how to work fast, stay calm under pressure, and capture real moments, skills that carry over directly into headshots and branding sessions today.
