FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is not everything when choosing an inspector. It is not uncommon for different companies to vary greatly on inspection fees. I encourage all clients to research their inspector's education, credentials, and experience, prior to making a decision. A home purchase is a serious decision, and you want to feel confident that your inspector is able to bring value and insight, not just a rock bottom price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically connect via phone or text and discuss their exact needs to see if we are good fit. If so, we provide information with what to expect and a timeline of events. We then schedule and perform the inspection, and do not collect payment until the inspection is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree - Civil Engineering (UNF) 15 years in engineering and construction industry Florida licensed Home Inspector HI11438 and Building Contractor RB29003715
