They are so punctual, you could set your clock by their timeliness. They did everything that needed to be done with making sure my irrigation was working properly and within code compliance. In addition they discovered and corrected a plumbing leak. They are courteous, professional, and kind. They will continue to be my “go to” people for sure.

Fast, friendly,efficient, but pricey.. I posted the problems we were having with our irrigation pump on Thumbtack via Neighborhood Next Door. I received a call from the company within minutes and the next morning, Saturday 28th, Mr. Daniel, the field contact, came out examined the pump, clearly explained what the problems were and provided options. We decided to replace the pump which was installed five days later. Great job, an absolutely outstanding experience and a learning moment as well...Thanks!!

First off, John called me literally 5 seconds after posting on Thumbtack! He was extremely patience as I explained what I was experiencing with my irrigation system. He very kindly and tactfully explained irrigation 101 (fundamentals) to me. Though it was not an emergency, Daniel the technician, reported to my home about 3 hours after the initial call. He was very personable and also explained what was going with my system and why the water kept turning on even though I turned the system off. Apparently there was secondary programming to the system that I was unaware of, which turned the system on during the night. Daniel reprogrammed the system and ensured there were no additional programming beyond the general programming. He was pleasant to work with and professional. I am very glad I choose Hanlon and will use them again for any irrigation system issues I may have.
