We could not be happier with the service we received from Joel with Jax Lock Express. Who came out to install a smart lock on our home about a week ago and unfortunately, I lost the key. I reached back out and he was back over the following day to rekey it as well as install some additional hardware on our back door. He is quick, efficient and so polite. I would recommend this him to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith.

Joel was AWESOME!!!! Ladies or gents who are recently divorced or need locks changed fast and super reasonable call Joel!!! He was shere very fast, explained which locks I needed and got all keys changed that day! I also had him come back and put in touch pad on my front door and it's SUPER! nice! I can't thank Joel enough for all the excellent, fast, work and for doing a very knowledgeable great job!! I highly recommend him and I will most certainly be hiring him again. LOVED HIM!
