- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“My pricing depends on the type of service, time of day, and vehicle or lock type. I always provide upfront estimates before starting any job so there are no surprises. Emergency or after-hours services may cost more. I also offer occasional discounts for repeat customers and bundled services when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I first ask a few questions to understand the issue and provide an estimated price and arrival time. Once on-site, I inspect the problem, explain the service needed, and complete the job using professional tools. Before leaving, I make sure everything works properly and the customer is satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and real-world experience in automotive key programming, car lockout services, key cutting, and residential lock services. I continue learning new vehicle systems and locksmith technologies to provide fast and reliable service for my customers
