Made appointmnet on line, for a 2:00 show time with a call proposed an hour before arrival. I texted back and forth prior to the appt time, but the tech did NOT call nor show for the appointment. Not a good way to do business

The first job was well done & fair-the second job was absolutely awful. We forgot to change the storage key to match the main door lock of our 93 year old moms condo so we called back to have them return. This time there was different man that showed up to do the second job. He said he could not match the key for the main door because it was “too old”eventhough it was the exact same age as the first one they re-keyed. He quoted $150 but overcharged $288. This new amount included an unintentional $30 tip. English is her daughter’s second language and she was confused by the payment process. He even told us to go to Home Depot to get another copy of the key because he only gave us two and we needed three. He was rude & dismissive and has ruined any chance of us hiring them back. When we spoke to the owner to complain we weren’t satisfied with the conversation. Bottom line-we were ripped off & will not use them again nor do we recommend them to anyone else.
