- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's always best to see the pet and condition before I give a regular price but my basic price for small dogs starts at 65.00 that includes personal one on one special attention and no cage of any kind,pets full service haircut ,bath ,ears cleaned and plucked (if needed),nails trimmed and buffed, glands expressed (if needed ),teethbrushed. All pets get hand blow dryer and perfect finish
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the pet and pet parent get information about the needs of the parent and pet get a little information about the history of the pet what they like and don't like and I try and fit the pets haircut to his or her lifestyle. My prices start at $65.00&up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a mentor for petco in st.sug.for 3 years teaching and continuing education through the national dog grooming association of America .
