- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and in accordance with Florida law. Notarial fees are charged per notarized signature, with a separate travel fee based on location and appointment time. Loan signing packages, after-hours appointments, and specialty services are quoted upfront so there are no surprises. I also offer discounts for multiple notarizations completed during the same appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by confirming the type of document, the number of notarizations needed, the appointment location, and your preferred date and time. I'll explain the total cost before we meet. At the appointment, I'll verify your identity, ensure the documents are ready for notarization, complete the notarization according to Florida law, and answer any questions you may have. My goal is to make the process simple, convenient, and efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent. I have completed professional notary and loan signing training and stay current on Florida notary laws and best practices. I also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which strengthens my attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
