Introduction: At The Green Law Firm, we handle divorce, custody, collaborative family law and other family law matters. We also handle disability. Sometimes, even the presiding Judge can effect the estimate, but a litigated divorce is typically three stages: Initial filing and mandatory discovery, Advanced discovery and mediation, Trial preparation, continued discovery, trial, if necessary. An out-of-court divorce process, however, is often less expensive since some of the costs are shared, like experts. At our initial educational session I will strive to fully educate you on all aspects of your matter. People describe this meeting as “drinking from a fire hose” because I provide you so much education so quickly.
