- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would merely tell the person asking the questions that first, we ask a few questions to learn more about how we could better serve you, and how you like to do business. We have to make sure that we can work symbiotically, benefiting both of us in the process. After we learn more about you the client, we digest the new info to process whether we are a good match for your needs.
