Simply patient and fun. He has a plethora of knowledge of music in all areas and genres, and clearly has a passion to show and share it with others. One of my favorite things about Mr.Miguel is when he is showing you a specific thing and gets sucked into the melody or music and discovers something new that he wants to explore on his own time. I love that because it shows how no matter how long he has been in the business of music he still gets excited and inspiration from it and shows his passion for it is alive and never ending. Great teacher.

Miguel has been tutoring me for the past five months. I’m in my 60s and am a first time piano student. Miguel is knowledgeable, patient and extremely talented. I would highly recommend him as a tutor for ages and all skill levels.
