Introduction: Valiant Realty & Management, LLC. is a property management firm first and foremost, our motivation is to successfully manage your investment. We have a unique pricing system. Our company has a one time tenant procurement fee (equal to 60% of the first month's rent) for an owner and the monthly management fee. No other fees ever: no lease renewal, cancellation, upfront, maintenance etc. We are transparent, open book, available 24/7, cutting edge and seasoned. I have been in management for over fourteen years in the region and created Valiant out of a need for great property management in Northeast Florida. I am not a sales agent who does management part time or on the side. As result almost all of my business is from Owner or Agent referrals. I/we manage single family homes, townhomes, condos, and small to mid sized multi-family properties throughout Northeast Florida. VRM LLC. has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau as well.

I moved into my apartment at the same time that Valiant was taking over from the previous management. They have really improved the building over the past 3 months that I have been living here, and have been proactive in their efforts. Charles has been very prompt with answering questions and resolving any issues/requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend Valiant for taking good care of a property.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have a tenant placement fee of 60 % of the first month’s rent and a monthly management fee of $150.00 for each month the property is tenant occupied. We have no cancellation fees, renewal fees, upcharges etc...

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Finding out the client's needs, putting together a plan to meet those needs, explaining the process including fees, tenant placement, inspections, what to expect before, during and after a property is managed by Valiant.

    I have been in real estate 21 years, having been a commercial agent, worked in real estate appraising, a property manager, director of a property management division for a national franchise and currently the Broker/ Owner of Valiant Realty
