- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our fees low and reasonable. Our prices are based on the complexity, audit risk, and time taken on the return filed. We have a history of never charging a fee to electronically file a return, which we maintain to this day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we prepare a new clients return we ask a lot of questions and educate them on tax laws that may benefit them, records they need to maintain for the following year, and ways they can improve their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent "America's Tax Experts" with proven expertise in the field of taxation, the only federally-licensed tax practitioners specialized in taxation with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before IRS. I am a member in good standing with NAEA and FSEA which require more education than IRS does. I am active with IRS, as well as the tax professional community, attend monthly meetings, receive alerts of changes throughout the year, attend webinars, workshops all to stay up to date on the ever changing tax laws.
