- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service pricing depends on the complexity and quantity of monthly transactions (Items on the bank statements). Each business is unique, so please contact me first to discuss your specific needs and pricing. You may also visit my website and schedule your free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We will have an initial call to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good fit for each other. Step 2: We will then have a video call via Microsoft Teams to set up accounting software and complete other onboarding tasks. Step 3: You will receive your monthly financial statements with insights and analytics, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and statement of cash flow, through our online portal. Additionally, you will have unlimited support from an accountant via text, phone, and email.

I have over five years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. I hold a master's degree in Accounting and have worked with various industries.
